Mid-Summer Update

This summer has been jam-packed for Hawthorn Builders in Needham . We have finished several remodeling projects and will be finishing one of our new custom homes in the coming weeks. In addition, we started construction on two new construction projects and are in the planning stages for some new homes and remodel projects  that will begin this Fall.

 

38 Dartmouth Ave

Mid-Summer Update The painters are finishing the exterior paint this week, but the homeowners are already moved back into their newly remodeled home. This project included a open plan concept with a new kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as the addition of a powder room and a new office. We also finished the basement and laundry room.

 

 

 

 

 

119 Parker Road

Mid-Summer Update Parker Road is coming along nicely. The floors were finished this week and the electricians and plumbers are finishing up their work for final inspections. The painters will be finishing up the exterior paint and all the built-ins so the doors and drawers can be installed next week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

60 Parker Road

Mid-Summer Update The foundation walls were poured this week at our newest spec house 60 Parker Road in Needham. Framing will start in the next couple weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

35 Livingston Circle

Mid-Summer Update The rough framing for 35 Livingston Circle was completed this week. Next week we will be pouring the concrete for the garage and basement floors and start weather proofing the house. The design decisions are well underway as the plumbing fixtures and cabinetry have all been designed.
