  • Referral cash rewards and donations are distributed after a contract is signed and milestones are met.


  • You will receive 50% of the referral fee or donation midway through the project, and the final 50% upon completion of the project.

*Referral Program Details & Restrictions: 


The Hawthorn Builders Referral Program is open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older. Architect and designers are not eligible to participate. Referral rewards, including cash payments or charitable donations, are contingent upon the signing of a contract and completion of specified project milestones. Rewards will be distributed as outlined in the program details, with 50% paid midway through the project and the remaining 50% upon completion. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral rewards. This program cannot be combined with any other offers. Hawthorn Builders reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Limitations may apply on the number of referrals or rewards one can earn. Any disputes arising from this program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Hawthorn Builders.
