Featured in New England Home: A Colorful Reimagining of a Brookline Victorian
Blending craftsmanship, color, and history in a recently featured project

We’re excited to share that one of our recent projects was featured in New England Home:
“Colorful Reimagining of a Brookline Victorian.”
Working alongside Eleven Interiors, we helped transform a historic 1869 home in Brookline’s Pill Hill neighborhood into a brighter, more functional space for a young family. The project kept the character that makes these Victorian homes special while opening up the layout, introducing thoughtful moments of color, and creating rooms that support everyday living.
A few highlights from the feature:
- A reimagined first floor with a light-filled kitchen and a new garden connection
- Bold archways and millwork restored and integrated throughout the home
- Playful spaces for the children, including a reading nook under the stairs and a custom playroom
- A speakeasy-inspired bar and warm, inviting entertaining areas for the adults
- Modern updates that respect and preserve the home’s original architectural details
We’re grateful to the homeowners, Eleven Interiors, and the full project team for trusting us with such a meaningful renovation. It’s a privilege to help breathe new life into a home with so much history.
