Our client relationships do not end with us handing over the keys to their newly completed home.  We recognize the value of the relationships that our entire team forms with our clients throughout the design-build process.  Our Home Management division was created to offer our resources on a subscription basis to former customers as well as general community residents.  Subscribers are able to experience the streamlined Hawthorn Builders approach to all of their home maintenance and improvement projects without the pitfalls that many homeowners endure when they navigate the process on their own.  Our Home Management division serves as a concierge to our subscribers for a suite of home care services and “offers a one point of contact experience…”and the peace of mind that an experienced, customer focused team of professionals is a click away.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive management for our clients’ homes. We listen to our clients’ needs and develop solutions in a timely and professional manner. Hawthorn’s approach of proactive attention and maintenance combined with the capabilities to react to almost any problem allows us to fulfill this mission.

Service fees specific to work performed.  Quotes available upon request and are always provided before any work is done.

Annual Diagnostic Review
  • Walkthrough with homeowner
  • Comprehensive home review
  • Analysis of all delivery systems (air, heat, propane, etc.)
  • Access to our large database of subcontractors and service professionals
Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Available for all home maintenance issues
  • Contractors available during normal business hours
  • Coordination of all work done in and around the home
  • Vacation monitoring
Communication
  • Access to our online management system
  • Establish a checklist/schedule for prioritizing home issues
Fees
  • An annual subscription fee 
  • All work is billed at Time + Materials + Management Fee
