Ryan and I want to thank everyone for participating in the Precision Properties Pick-em Pool this year. We had a lot of fun and appreciate both the players and vendors participation. We hope to do this next year, and are thinking of adding an NCAA Tourney pool…stay tuned.

Second Place: Charles Rodman – Charles won a $50 gift card to Fuji www.fujisteakhouseneedham.com. Charles, a Partner at Rodman, Walker & Di Marco LLC in Needham, had offered to donate 2 tickets to a 2010 Red Sox game for this prize and since he won it, we let him keep his tickets and pick a restaurant instead. Congrats to Charles and thanks again for the donation.
