Foundation inspection is behind us on South St. Next step is to install the perimeter drain and begin backfilling. Framing to commence week of 1/25.
Needham building inspector was very concerned about the stumps piled up on the lot. He insisted that they be removed prior to inspection. Apparently, “backfilling stumps” is more common that one would think.
