Construction has begun and a new home will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year.  Hawthorn Builders has developed a plan for a new home at 60 Parker Road, but there is time for a homeowner to custom design many of the finish details to their specifications. 

Development of the property, which contains nearly 38,000 sf of land, is set to begin in the Summer of 2012.  Hawthorn Builders is currently exploring several potential options at this site, one of which includes saving the existing home. 

Hawthorn Builders is currently developing a plan for a new home, but there is time for a homeowner to custom design to their specifications. 

The project was pre-sold to a homeowner who closed on the land in September 2011; construction began in November 2011 on a custom designed home. The homeowner completed plans with a team that includes a designer, architect and Hawthorn Builders.  The project is expected to be completed sometime in mid 2012.
