In 2010, a Hawthorn Properties client purchased a three bedroom Colonial home at 94 Mayflower Road in Needham. Prior to moving in, the customer engaged Hawthorn Builders to add a two story addition to the Needham home.  The scope includes the following:

• Demo of existing garage and breezeway
• Excavation for and installation of new foundation for addition
• Construction of two-story addition to plan specifications including:
  • New Family room
  • New two-car garage
  • New Mudroom
  • New master suite
  • An additional 2nd floor bedroom for total of four
  • New 2nd floor laundry
  • Expand and redo of the 2nd floor bathroom
  • Relocation of first floor half bath
  • New playroom and full bathroom in basement
  • Construction of front farmers porch
  • Installation of new HVAC system featuring 2 zones of Hydro Air
  • Installation of new 30 year architectural shingled roof
