Tear down of dilpaidated, existing Cape on a 10,000 SF lot near the Wellesely line and Olin College in the northwest section of Needham. A new house was built and consisted of a 3,700 SF custom designed home with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  Construction on this project began in December 2007 and the homeowner took occupancy in early September 2008.
