BroadmeadowHawthorn Builders sourced a 17,000+ sf lot at 56 Broad Meadow Road in Needham. The property is located in the Broad Meadow School district, a few houses away from the school.
The project was pre-sold to a homeowner who closed on the land in April 2010 and construction began in summer 2010 on a custom designed Hawthorn Builders home. Designs & features include:
