In Spring 2009, Hawthorn Builders sourced and put under contract this 10,000+ square foot lot in the Broadmeadow section of Needham.  Shortly after securing the property, a customer assumed the contract on the property and hired Hawthorn Builders to build a custom home. 

The customer, together with Babbitt Design, created a custom layout and was involved in every detail associated with the project.  The project began in September 2009 and was completed in May 2010
