Tear down of dilapidated, existing Cape on a 7500 +/- square foot lot in a desirable section of Needham and build a 2750 +/- square foot custom designed home.  Construction on this project was completed in September 2007.  By signing a purchase contract early in the process, the buyer was able to add personal touches, make changes to the plans and pick out cabinets, appliances, paint colors, lighting and other features.
